We would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest Millinocket Town Councilor, Randy D Jackson!
In Randy’s words:
It’s a great time to join the Town Council and support its work to improve our town for its citizens. We have all waited for a change. It will be rewarding to see our region’s work come to fruition as many of the larger projects in our area will unveil themselves shortly. The enthusiasm of our youth is infectious. It’s been said if you want to live a long time develop friendships with younger people.
About Randy Jackson in his own words:
As a child I remember reading the Conservationists magazine. Anytime my hands are in the soil I feel at home.
A route through the Navy, George Washington University and an aerial photo of the area brought my wife and I here over 40 years ago. After a 40 year career in health care I retired. Fly fishing, golf, gardening and “Gazetteering” have become my mantra.
