NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING – August 8, 2025; Planning Board
The Millinocket Planning Board will hold a public hearing in the Courtroom at the Municipal Building (197 Penobscot Avenue) on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. to receive comments from the public concerning a Site Plan Application to redevelop the building at 40 Oxford Street being proposed by Wabanaki as a Recovery Home; Friends and Family Center. Plans for this project can be viewed at the office of the Code Enforcement Officer and questions about the public hearing can be addressed to the Code Enforcement Officer at code@millinocket.org or call 723-7005 x2. Attendance can be in-person or on the Zoom platform.
