The Town Clerk’s Office maintains Millinocket’s official records, including vital records, Town Council documents, and various licenses.
The office manages elections and voter registration, prepares Council agendas and minutes, and provides certified copies of birth, death, and marriage records. Residents can also obtain marriage, victualer, amusement, and peddler licenses—many available in PDF form on this site.(link?)
The Town Clerk’s Office also handles vehicle, boat, ATV, and snowmobile registrations, issues hunting, fishing, and dog licenses, and serves as Registrar of Voters for Millinocket and nearby unorganized territories.
