TOWN OF MILLINOCKET POLICE CHIEF
The Town of Millinocket is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as its Police Chief. The department has an operation budget of $457,000 with 6 full time officers and one animal control officer. Special consideration will be given to applicants that possess or are eligible for an MCJA Certification.
The successful candidate will have command position experience; a strong police background; experience in personnel recruitment, training, negotiations, management skills, and overall departmental administration capabilities. The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000, depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package including health insurance and police 3-C Maine State Retirement Plan.
