PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MILLINOCKET
The Millinocket Planning Board will hold a public hearing in the Courtroom at the Municipal
Building (197 Penobscot Avenue) on Thursday, January 15th, at 6:00 P.M. to receive comments
from the public concerning a Subdivision Application to Subdivision of property at Our Katahdin
site. Plans for this project can be viewed at the office of the Code Enforcement Officer and
questions about the public hearing can be addressed to the Code Enforcement Officer at
code@millinocket.org or call 723-7005 x2. Attendance can be in-person or on the Zoom
platform.

CODE OF THE TOWN OF MILLINOCKET
The Millinocket Town Council will hold public hearings on the proposed adoption of
Chapter 51, Disorderly Property, to the Town of Millinocket Code. The hearings will
be held during the Council meetings of January 8th, 2026 and January 22nd, 2026 in the
Council Chambers located in the Municipal Building at 197 Penobscot Avenue, and
via Zoom, beginning at 5:30 PM.
