Lot Size: 0.28 Acres
Zoning: R1 Downtown Residential
Assessed Land Value: $12,000

This property formerly contained a vacant, derelict building that has since been demolished and removed by the Town. The lot has been cleaned and has access to electricity, water, and sewer.

Minimum Bid:
The minimum acceptable bid is $8,000.00
