Public Hearing – Planning Board

The Millinocket Planning Board will hold a public hearing in the Courtroom at the Municipal Building (197 Penobscot Avenue) on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. to receive comments from the public concerning a Site Plan Application to construct a new 36 room senior residential complex to be located at 70 Spring St.  Plans for this project can be viewed at the office of the Code Enforcement Officer and questions about the public hearing can be addressed to the Code Enforcement Officer at code@millinocket.org or call 723-7005 x2.
